Muhammadiyah Health & Day Care Centre for Senior Citizens

Muhammadiyah Health and Day Care Centre for Senior Citizens is situated at Block 10, Eunos Crescent, #01-2711, Singapore 400010. It was set up as a joint-effort between the Ministry of Health and Muhammadiyah Association, which provides community-based healthcare, day care and rehabilitation programmes for the elderly suffering from post-stroke conditions, Parkinson’s disease, post-amputation, arthritis and rheumatism.
