Responsibilities:
PRIMARY DUTIES:
· To assess the capacity of MIC and propose a blueprint to raise the program and enrolment of MIC towards maximum capacity.
· To report to the board regularly as agreed between the board and MIC.
· To head the college in daily operation matters.
· Understand the management and operation structure of MIC.
· Scrutinize the finances of MIC.
· Study the past and existing targets for MIC.
· Make recommendations and materialize.
· To organise MIC Management Committee Meeting.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
· Refer to Annex - Director of MIC - Duties and Responsibilities.
· Any other duties assigned by the General Secretary
Requirements/ Qualifications:
· Preferably Degree Holder
· Possess excellent communication skills, verbal, administrative and creative writing
· Possess excellent in leadership and problem solving capabilities
· Some work over the weekend may be required
