3. General Worker


•To ensure cleanliness of the offices, classrooms and guest rooms.
•To clean and maintain the cleanliness of the washroom.
•Prepare refreshment for guest and staff meeting.


•Physically fit
•Working experience
•Age 40 to 55 years old

Muhammadiyah Welfare Home
1. Welfare Officer


•To supervise residents on their daily routine as per SOP during the night shift.
•To ensure that the safety and welfare of the residents is being safeguarded at all times.
•To supervise and ensure smooth execution of the morning daily routine for school goers namely bathing, morning prayers, breakfast and release for school.
•To maintain vigilance on residents while they are sleeping at all times during the night. Monitor through the routine hourly checks, random checks and the CCTV.
•To perform secondary duty as and when required.
•To ensure proper housekeeping at all times.
•To cover Night Team Leader duty during his absence on rotation with other NDO.
•Reports to the Night Duty TL during tour or duty.
•To carry out other tasks assigned by the superior/ Superintendent.


•Diploma in Social Service or related field

Muhammadiyah Health & Day Care Centre

•Identify opportunities to raise funds for the organisation through events and non-event activities such as writing appeal letters 
•Plan and execute fund raising activities/events with targeted income and minimal expenses
•Secure sponsorships (monetary or in kind) for events which are fund raising or otherwise in nature
•Network actively to maintain relationship with donors and supporters and establish new ones 
•Conduct research to identify potential donors and sponsors (corporate and individuals)
•Identify and apply for grant and funding opportunities, and to prepare funding reports
•Assist in developing branding and marketing materials
•Do artwork and design for collaterals, flyers, certificates, invitations, online dissemination
•Be part of team responsible to produce publication such as newsletter and annual report, if required
•Manage donor database in accordance with best practice and data protection
•Promote volunteerism and maintain volunteer relationship
•Prepare materials for website and social media pertaining to unit’s fundraising activities
•Handle media relations – pre, during and post events, if required
•Prepare speeches, press releases or other promotional materials to increase awareness of the vision, mission and or goals, if required.
•Provide support to events organised by other institutions 
•Perform any duties assigned from time to time by your Supervisor.

Requirements/ Qualifications:
•Experience in event management is an advantage
•Possess excellent communication skills, verbal, administrative and creative writing
•Possess excellent problem solving capabilities
•Able to multi-task
•Some work over the weekend may be required
•Person with driving license preferred.

1. Admin Assistant

• Assist to manage the general administration of the college as well as faculty
• Assist Lecturers and HODs in preparing for lectures, student activities.
• Perform liaison activities between Part-Time Lecturers and HODs and
Principal in both academic and administrative matters.
• Assist in the collection of fees, especially for Part-Time students who attend
classes in the evenings and/or weekends.
• Prepare classes and other facilities.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding,
scanning, etc.
• Assist in other logistical preparation and maintenance of MIC.
• Any other duties as assigned by MIC Administrative Executive.

Requirements/ Qualifications:
•Candidates must possess at least a tertiary education and Islamic studies.
•Computer literate
•Microsoft competence
•Converses and writes well in English & Malay
•Able to work independently as well as in a team

·      To assess the capacity of MIC and propose a blueprint to raise the program and enrolment of MIC towards maximum capacity.

·       To report to the board regularly as agreed between the board and MIC.

·       To head the college in daily operation matters.

·       Understand the management and operation structure of MIC.

·       Scrutinize the finances of MIC.

·       Study the past and existing targets for MIC.

·       Make recommendations and materialize.

·       To organise MIC Management Committee Meeting.


·       Refer to Annex - Director of MIC - Duties and Responsibilities.

·       Any other duties assigned by the General Secretary


Requirements/ Qualifications:

·         Preferably Degree Holder

·         Possess excellent communication skills, verbal, administrative and creative writing

·         Possess excellent in leadership and problem solving capabilities

·         Some work over the weekend may be required
